Arbeit & Leben is a state-approved further education institution. The core syllabus includes education and advisory services, project management and process support. Arbeit & Leben gGmbH has wide-ranging experience in diverse projects at national and international level.
The project results will be widely used on a general basis in all the organisation’s migration-related projects or in compatible projects. The lessons learned in the field of training programmes for volunteers and professionals working in the field of migration are a major asset, both in the assignment and training of interpreters and also in relation to the organisation’s other further education projects.
Experience in the implementation of integration and EU-funded projects:
Arbeit & Leben gGmbH Rheinland-Pfalz has been participating in EU-/ESF-funded projects since 1993. Our offers in the area of employment and migration/integration that are specifically tailored to the target groups have been implemented in more than 150 projects. Arbeit & Leben has not only participated in earlier programmes in the form of projects such as ADAPT, NOW and Eures, but also in the most recent programmes such as Equal und Xenos. In the DOOR project – interpreting in a social environment – almost 100 non-professional interpreters were delegated to work assignments for which they received training.
